The Apartment is on the outskirts of the Historic Town of Gavignano Forano, some 40 km north of Rome in the direction of Rieti, well connected by the freeway (5 km from the Ponzano – Soratte turnoff) and by train from Gavignano. The train station is only 600 m from the Apartment and the train for Rome leaves hourly for the Rome Tiburtina station (which is linked to the center of Rome by subway) and Rome Trastevere station.
The 90 sqm Apartment is on the ground floor of a newly restored building and opens on a terrace and a garden with a wonderful view of the Tiber Valley. There is only one other apartment on the first floor of the building.
