This is a very nice and comfortable furnished Apartment. Although located centrally it is a quiet Apartment.
There are two Rooms, a Kitchen with Balcony and a Bathroom, so the Apartment is large enough to accommodate up to 5 people.

In 5 minutes by foot you reach the Basilica S. Giovanni and in 15 minutes the Colosseum and the Appia Antica.
Public transport, buses and underground are nearby. To reach the Spanisch Steps or the Vatican City it needs only a few minutes.

The neighbourhood provides best shopping facilities, there is the market of Via Sannio with leather goods, clothes and second hand and the Via Appia Nuova, a commercial street full of shops of all kinds, from Sabbatini to Teichner and Leam, which sells prestigious brands.
